How It Happened
How it all started
We met while we were both attending church at Victory Outreach in La Puente. Daniel was involved in the HipHop ministry and met Victoria through mutual friends. We first started talking on AOL Instant messenger, That soon progressed to phone calls that lasted hours sometimes all night long until sunrise. Life unfortunately took us down different paths but little did we know that ten years later that God would bring us back into each others life's.
He proposed, She said Yes
We were celebrating our 5 year Anniversary. Daniel planned a romantic trip to Catalina Island for us. The day was perfect, Not a cloud in the sky. We rented a go cart and drove around the island. He drove us up to the highest point to oversee the island and that is when he knelt down on one knee and popped the question, I said YES of course! We were so excited of what our future would hold.
And then they had a baby
We were blessed to have the honor to become parents to our son Eligh. We were so excited to meet our precious little miracle that we had created through our love. We are excited for the future and for more blessings to come into our lives.
